We do not accept exchanges on any product, except for the ghost sweatshirts we will make a one time exception for exchange because we understand clothing can be hard to buy online. You must notify us via email with in 3 days of delivery that you wish to exchange, and the exchange must be approved before its sent back. Notification after 3 days will be ineligible for exchange. Item must be in original condition, tags attached, un worn and unwashed, and free of any odors or smells. After approval, items must be shipped back to us with in 10 days after original delivery date. We will not accept any exchanges if they do not completely meet this criteria. You are responsible for return shipping fees and fees to ship out a new sweatshirt ($8 to ship back to us, and an additional $8 to ship a new one back to you). If the size is no longer in stock that you wish to exchange for, store credit will be given, once we have received the item, and if we accept it.
