Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on items at this time.
Due to their nature returns or exchanges will not be accepted. If you have any questions or issues we will be happy to help you- please reach out to us!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Route if the item is defective, damaged. If you receive the wrong item contact us with in 3 days after delivery. Orders that are purchased with out route protection will not be eligible for a return, refund or any sort of compensation. failure to notify us with in 3 days of receiving the wrong item or to make a damage claim on route with in 3 days of delivery, are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS
All types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time exchanges are not accepted on any non apparel item. Returns are not accepted on any product, no exceptions.
For apparel, exchanges are handled case by case, but we reserve the right to decline accepting any exchanges with out providing a reason. Under no circumstance will a refund be given. If a size is unavailable to exchange for, a return with original tags attached, unworn and unwashed item may be eligible for store credit. The item must be shipped back to us with in 7 days of delivery or we will not accept the exchange. Once we recieved the item, we reserve the right to refuse any item sent back if it is not deemed to be in its original condition- this does include scents or smells. No exceptions. Customer must pay return shipping fee. Exchanges must meet the above conditions and customer must pay return shipping fees and reshipment shipping fees for the exchange. Apparel may not be exchanged for non apparel items.
We do not replace or refund items that break once they are in your possession. If an item arrives broken you must follow the policy laid out in the shipping section of our policies.
Refunds
Are not given. No exceptions.
Custom orders
Custom orders are non returnable- and non refundable. If payments cannot be completed on an item, deposits or payments will NOT be refunded in order to cover the cost of time and labor that has been put into the order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You are liable as the customer for any and all import or tariffs. We will not issue a refund or cancellation for surprise fees for imports into your country. You are resonsible for all fees. We are based in the USA. On occation additional shipping fees may be invoiced to you if we charged for undershipment.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges or cancellations on any product that is shipped outside of the USA. This also applies to any apparel.
If you order both ready-to-ship and preorder items in the same transaction:

U.S. customers: We’ll ship your ready-to-ship items right away and send your preorder items later—at no extra shipping cost.

International customers: Separate shipments are available, but will require an additional shipping fee.
