Shipping policy
Update as of 2/25/2025: Orders will ship all together once every item in an order is ready. Orders that contain ready to ship items and pre-order or made to order items will only ship when every item in the order is ready to ship, if you would like items to ship separately as they are ready, please either check out with those items separately, or contact us via email, we are happy to invoice you for the additional shipping charges.
WE DO NOT COVER OR REPLACE ANY ITEMS ON ORDERS THAT DO NOT PURCHASE ROUTE SHIPPING
Starting June 2023 route shipping protection will be offered on our site. IF YOU DO NOT PURCHASE IT WE WILL NOT COVER LOST, DAMAGED, BROKEN, OR MISSING ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All items will be shipped as soon as possible. With ready to ship items, they usually ship in 5-14 business days. Pre-order and made to order items will note in the product listing and check out selection how long they take to ship, most items will ship with in 90 days if they are pre-order or made to order. We do not offer cancelations or refunds on made to order, pre-order, or custom items. We do not offer cancelations on any orders, or accept returns. Please note we try our best to use recycled plastics to pack our shipments when we can.
For ready to ship items- They will ship in 5-14 business days, except for on weeks with major Holidays. Please allow 7-18 Business days over the holidays. (Thanksgiving and Christmas week)
If you order an item and choose not to purchase route shipping protection, and the package goes missing, the item is broken or damaged, or lost, we will not cover it for any reason. No exception, or refunds.
If an item is damaged in shipping, missing, or broken you must notify route shipping and us with in three days of delivery. You are liable to file your own route claim, we will not file for you. Route will handle your refund or replacement, WE WILL NOT. Failure to adhere to this policy is a forfeit to a claim.
LOCAL PICK UP:
We do not offer local pick up.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you place multiple orders for shipping and wish to combine them you MUST email us with in 1 hour of placing the order to let us know all the order numbers. We still cannot guarantee we will be able to combine them, but this way we can try to. With out an email we will NOT combine orders. We also may begin processing orders right away and if your order has already begun being processed we cannot combine it.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
You are liable as the customer for any and all import or tariffs. We will not issue a refund or cancellation for surprise fees for imports into your country. You are resonsible for all fees. We are based in the USA. On occasion additional shipping fees may be invoiced to you if we charged for undershipment.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges or cancellations on any product that is shipped outside of the USA. This also applies to any apparel.
